Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is seeking a dependable Truck Driver (Non-CDL) to join our transportation team. You will complete residential and commercial donation pickups and deliveries while safely operating a non-CDL straight truck.

This role involves frequent lifting, route documentation, and adherence to DOT requirements. You will contribute to donations flow across Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, with opportunities to be part of a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL straight truck.
• Complete residential and commercial donation pickups and deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport donated goods.
• Lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Maintain accurate route logs and required documentation.
• Provide friendly and professional service to donors and customers.
• Communicate with warehouse, store, and donation center teams.
• Assist with sorting or staging donations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and cargo area.
• Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and applicable DOT requirements.
