Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries in Harker Heights, TX, is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate commercial and standard vehicles, perform scheduled pickups, and safely transport donations, merchandise, and materials.

You will load and unload, maintain vehicle records in SAMSARA, and support store and plant operations while upholding safety and professionalism. This full-time role requires a Texas CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to work with teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Commercial Driver License required.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally.
• Experience with vehicle inspection and transportation documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select routing for retail center service and collection of items.
• Completes scheduled pick-ups daily; transports production, merchandise, donations, and other materials.
• Loads and off-loads merchandise; uses dollies, forklifts, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Operates vehicles safely; completes vehicle inspection reports and maintains records.
• Communicates load needs with store leadership and team members; supports operational duties.
