Job summary

You will provide Tier 1 operations support for data flow requests, define requirements for new data flows, coordinate with providers, and craft processes and business rules for mission systems that support data flow. Collaborate with customers across roles to broaden your skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on contracts for the federal government.
• Experience with data flow or mission systems.
• Experience defining and applying data tagging and handling requirements.
• Experience analyzing and defining data processing requirements.
• Experience developing capability level and functional requirements, mission scenarios, use cases, or business processes.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts such as data provenance, classification, sizing, retention, data sharing, and marking.
• Knowledge of legal authorities for mission data.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT Engineering field or 6+ years of systems/test engineering in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization efforts for the enterprise data flow team and provide Tier 1 operations support for data flow requests.
• Specify requirements for new data flows and coordinate with data flow service providers.
• Define processes, business rules, and functional requirements for mission systems that support data flow.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to plan and implement data flows for critical cyber missions.
