Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on contracts for the federal government.
• Experience with data flow or mission systems.
• Experience defining data tagging and handling requirements.
• Experience analyzing and defining data processing requirements.
• Experience developing capability level and functional requirements, mission scenarios, use cases, or business processes.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts such as data provenance, classification, sizing, retention, data sharing, and marking.
• Knowledge of legal authorities for mission data.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT Engineering field and 2+ years of experience with systems or test engineering, or 6+ years of experience with systems or test engineering in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 operations support for data flow requests.
• Specify requirements for new data flows.
• Coordinate with data flow service providers.
• Define processes, business rules, and functional requirements for mission systems that support data flow.
• Plan and implement dataflows supporting national security missions.
