Quality Correctional Care (QCC) seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive healthcare at Johnson County Jail. You will administer medications, conduct intakes, and manage chronic conditions while responding to sick calls and emergencies with clinical leadership.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, CPR certification, and can stand for long periods; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and flex shifts (6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM PRN weekends).

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Shift flexibility: 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM PRN weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive healthcare to incarcerated patients.
• Administer medications, perform intakes, and manage chronic care.
• Respond to sick calls, emergencies and provide patient education.
• Coordinate with Medically Trained Personnel and ensure regulatory compliance.
