Qualifications

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals with attention to consistency, presentation, flavor, and safe temperatures.
• Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards throughout all stages of kitchen operations.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and cooking techniques to ensure quality and cost-effective meal production.
• Support all dining operations including daily dining service, catering, special events, and retail food programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
