Job summary

Stand Together seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to shape enterprise cybersecurity and build a scalable security program across the organization. You will influence executive leadership, translate security investments into business value, and champion AI-driven capabilities to protect people, data, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity or technology risk with enterprise-wide responsibility.
• Proven success shaping and transforming security programs in complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in security architecture, cloud security, IAM, threat management, incident response, data protection, and governance.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and translate security into business value.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for enterprise cybersecurity aligned with priorities and technology trends.
• Build a culture of security enabling innovation with risk-informed decision making.
• Lead enterprise security architecture protecting systems, data, cloud, and third-party ecosystems.
• Champion AI-driven security innovation to strengthen threat detection and operational efficiency.
• Drive resilience through threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery.
