Job summary

The CFO will oversee GAAP-compliant accounting, budgeting, reporting, and investments, while also guiding technology and cybersecurity initiatives to support mission impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience leading accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• A BS/BA in a related field.
• CPA or MBA.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into operational and financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets.
• Manage investments and liquidity; optimize relationships with financial institutions.
• Provide executive oversight of enterprise technology, data governance, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with the Board and committees on governance and strategic initiatives.
• Travel locally as required to perform essential job responsibilities.
