Job summary

Project for Pride in Living (PPL) seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide financial planning, IT, and data strategy. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and organizational performance while partnering with the Board to strengthen governance and resources.

The role emphasizes executive leadership, data-informed decision-making, and mission-driven financial stewardship within a fully in-person work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience including 5+ years in an executive or senior finance role.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize data to improve outcomes and inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Executive Team and strategic thought partner to the President and CEO.
• Partner with the President and CEO and Board of Directors to align resources with PPL’s mission and financial goals.
• Lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and reporting.
• Provide strategic leadership for Information Technology and Enterprise Data Management.
• Represent PPL with external stakeholders and funding partners; support governance and risk management.
