• Experience overseeing audits, regulatory compliance, and independent financial reporting.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and executive decision support.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, audit coordination, and internal controls.
• Direct treasury, liquidity management, and investment relationships.
