Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading a complex, growth-oriented organization.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive performance.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors.
• Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with Overflow's mission, values, and strategic plan.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate organizational strategy and growth.
• Lead and develop the senior leadership team fostering accountability, collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, financial policies, and risk management.
• Build partnerships with churches, donors, charitable organizations, and community leaders.
• Serve as primary liaison between management and the Board of Directors; report on performance and initiatives.
• Champion a healthy organizational culture and talent development.
