You will lead enterprise strategy, financial discipline, and program impact across diverse services while collaborating with the Board and VOA National.

The role demands a hands-on, relationship-centered leader who can expand community impact, diversify funding, and ensure sustainability in a changing funding landscape.

Qualifications

• Significant senior executive leadership experience within a complex human services, healthcare, housing, or similarly regulated multi-program organization.
• Proven ability to stabilize and strengthen financial performance in constrained funding environments.
• Strong experience diversifying revenue and developing relationships with government partners, foundations, and donors.
• Excellent communication, public leadership, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear enterprise direction that aligns the Board, executive team, staff, and partners around shared priorities.
• Lead the strategic plan into a practical operating roadmap with defined outcomes and accountability.
• Build organizational resilience by anticipating policy, funding, and workforce changes.
• Diversify revenue and strengthen partnerships with VOA National and community stakeholders.
