Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to develop and execute the long-term growth plan with the Board.
• Lead expansion from current districts to target reach; identify new partnerships and funding.
• Establish measurable goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
• Build a collaborative, mission-focused culture to support sustainable growth.
• Develop and drive a comprehensive fundraising strategy with the Board.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
