Responsibilities

• Manage time, prioritize tasks, and balance cash wrap activity.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests.
• Use excellent telephone etiquette when answering calls.
• Know POS system, rewards program, and guest relations best practices.
• Communicate daily needs clearly with leadership, guests, and teammates.
• Maintain the appearance of the cash wrap and surrounding areas.
• Share the mission of St. Matthew’s House with guests and the public.
• Participate in store events as scheduled by the Store Manager.
• Perform duties as directed by the Store Manager to ensure operations.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of St. Matthew’s House.
