Job summary

Elevate Branson is seeking a Kitchen & Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations, prepare menu items, and deliver outstanding customer service in Branson, Missouri. The role combines culinary oversight, staff leadership, and community engagement to grow a mission-driven café.

The ideal candidate will oversee food preparation, manage scheduling and inventory, and mentor volunteers and staff while ensuring safety and quality across all offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a commercial kitchen or food service operation.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in cafe/coffee shop settings.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and customer focus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve pizzas, café items, and beverages.
• Oversee daily kitchen and coffee shop operations for efficiency and quality.
• Develop new menu items, specials, and catering offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and café.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and volunteers.
• Manage scheduling, POS, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Track sales and expenses; assist with budgets and pricing.
• Support events, catering, and programs.
• Engage with the community to promote the café and drive traffic.
