Xavier University in Cincinnati seeks an Assistant Dean for the Williams College of Business Undergraduate Programs to provide strategic leadership and oversee undergraduate student success, advising, enrollment management, and degree completion.

The role partners with faculty and campus colleagues to promote academic excellence within a Jesuit, inclusive environment, guiding policies, program operations, and student advocacy from admission through graduation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Academic Policies & Processes: Implement academic policies, manage student academic processes, and ensure compliance with university and accreditation standards.
• Undergraduate Programs & Operations: Support undergraduate programs, experiential learning, student organizations, scholarships, and co‑curricular initiatives.
• Advising & Retention: Provide student‑centered advising and support initiatives that promote retention, persistence, and timely graduation.
• Student Support & Advocacy: Advocate for students and connect them with campus resources to address academic, personal, and financial challenges.
• Recruitment, Enrollment & Course Management: Support recruitment, enrollment, registration, course scheduling, and data‑informed enrollment planning.

Education

Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
