Job summary

Lifeway is seeking an Account Executive to grow our presence within an assigned church territory through consultative, relationship-first sales. You will own your territory from prospecting to close, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that carry real ministry impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Master’s degree, not required.
• Doctorate in a related field, not required.
• 3+ years of experience selling value-based products or services.
• Proven cold calling skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan in partnership with sales leadership.
• Drive new and existing church partnerships through cold calling and networking.
• Prospect and qualify new church accounts to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build trust-based relationships with church stakeholders and guide them toward Lifeway solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and meet revenue targets.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts grounded in pipeline data.
