Lifeway seeks an Account Executive to grow our presence in assigned church territories through consultative, relationship-first sales. You will own your territory from prospecting to close, traveling locally and overnight as needed, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver ministry-focused solutions.

You will build trusted partnerships with church leaders, align Lifeway resources to their discipleship goals, and contribute to a mission-driven sales culture that values faith and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling value-based products or services.
• Proven cold calling skills with ability to build rapport and initiate conversations.
• Experience with inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Success in outside/field sales — relationship building, closing, and targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan with sales leadership.
• Prospect and qualify new church accounts using inbound and outbound strategies.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close and meet revenue targets.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts grounded in pipeline data.
