Job summary

Kaimetrix is hiring a Video Telecommunications Specialist – Level II in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The successful candidate will support video teleconferencing and audio/visual systems in a secure environment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting VTC systems, scheduling sessions, and providing user support.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. For the role, certifications like CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA CySA+ are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in video telecommunications, technical support, or related roles.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and video operations effectively.
• Experience in client consulting and training on AV/VTC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform video capturing and transfer video content to media streaming servers.
• Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment and execute repairs.
• Schedule AV/VTC sessions and maintain call schedules.
• Provide user support and training on AV/VTC systems.
