Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in technical support or automotive electronics, and experience with 12V vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, automotive electronics, vehicle upfitting, or related field.
• Working knowledge of 12V electrical systems, wiring, and electronic components used in vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and on-demand technical support for law enforcement and specialty vehicle systems and installed technology.
• Serve as a technical resource for vehicle upfitting systems, including emergency lighting, sirens, mobile computing, and communications equipment.
• Assist with coordinating equipment installations, system upgrades, and technology deployments to meet customer needs and timelines.
