Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance eligibility.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and Citrix Certified Associate ‐Virtualization (CCA‑V) or Citrix Certified Associate ‐Networking (CCA‑N), or equivalent certification.
• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 4+ years’ work experience; or 6+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing technical guidance.
• Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware.
• Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system is operating efficiently and securely.
• Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for collaboration.
• Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support.
• Manage and administer user accounts and access.
• Monitor and control system performance and utilization.
