Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a System Administrator (TTC) I to support the Trusted Thin Client server and TTC client hardware for the CAOC at Shaw AFB, SC. The role involves install, configuration, and maintenance of core services and security tools, plus cross-domain support.

Requirements include an Associate degree or 6+ years’ experience, DoD 8140 DCWF 411 with relevant certs, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 6+ years’ experience in the field.
• DoD 8140 DCWF 411 and Citrix/Azure/Nutanix/VMware certs or equivalent are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications.
• Develop glue-ware to support client applications and security patches.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support.
• Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems (physical and virtual).
• Manage user accounts, profiles and access; enforce security policies.
