Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
US Citizenship due to contract requirements.
DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher.
Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) or Networking (CCA-N) or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware.
Ensure Trusted Thin Client system operates efficiently and securely.
Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the TTC system.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate TTC systems.
Provide Tier 2 technical support.
Install, configure, and maintain server systems.
Monitor and control system performance and report vulnerabilities.
Evaluate current architecture and provide upgrade recommendations.
Support Cross Domain Solutions as required.
Coordinate with Forcepoint for Quarterly TTC Health Assessments.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
