Job summary

BCore is seeking a Technical Systems Integrator to join our Herndon, VA team. The role focuses on enterprise IT, voice infrastructure, and collaboration with network engineers to deliver mission-critical voice solutions.

The candidate will participate in design, testing, deployment, and upgrade activities, while supporting secure voice devices and platforms like Skype for Business and Avaya systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in systems integration.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing and deployment of voice infrastructure.
• Support security accreditation processes for systems.
• Provide certificate management for secure systems and participate in upgrades.
• Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather voice system requirements.
• Learn and support platforms such as Skype for Business and enterprise call center tech.
