Job summary

Entarian seeks a Technical Change Documentation Specialist to support the meshONE-T program. You will create, verify, and publish engineering documents, coordinating with design and CM teams, and exporting content from Cameo into ASME Y formats.

You will manage LUCID drawings and SharePoint storage, ensuring accurate documentation for USSF/USAF missions. This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business; without a degree, 4 more years of experience may be required.
• 2+ years of related job experience.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation such as Rack/Room Layouts and Interconnect Diagrams.
• Familiarity with ASME Y standards.
• Strong communication with technical subject matter experts, government personnel, and military staff.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn new software applications and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engineering documents for the meshONE-T program.
• Coordinate with Service Design to verify accuracy of design content.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management to confirm change approvals.
• Export content from Cameo and format using ASME Y for publishing to the customer.
• Format and export LUCID drawings into ASME Y standard drawings for publishing.
• Create and maintain a Drawing Tree per ASME Y standards.
• Import and store developed drawings onto SharePoint working folders.
