Job summary

ContractStaffingRecruiters.com is seeking an entry-level Engineering Documentation and Change Specialist in Middletown, CT to support the engineering organization by managing specifications, reports and drawings in Windchill and ensuring accurate data flow between design, manufacturing and procurement.

You will help maintain document integrity, process change notices, and assist with Jira tasks, Creo modeling, and user training, contributing to timely decisions and high-quality manufacturing

Qualifications

• Entry-level engineering documentation control role focusing on accuracy and timely information flow.
• Experience with document control and engineering data management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information complies with engineering documentation control policies.
• Update documentation per engineers' change notices.
• Process engineering change notices.
• Process engineering promotion requests.
• Support document management, product structure, and workflows using Creo and Windchill.
• Assist users with Windchill related requests.
• Provide user training when appropriate.
• Some modeling may be required using Creo.
• Enter Jira tasks for change actions.
• Monitor aging tasks and drive timely resolutions.
• Enter and update item masters per change notices.
• Update current materials (BOMs) as required by change notices.
