Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience with Windows/Linux server environments or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Experience managing, patching, upgrading, and STIGing RHEL VMs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of a multi-user computer system and coordinate with network admins.
• Set up user, admin, and service accounts; tune performance; install system-wide software.
• Test and troubleshoot integrations to confirm successful deployment.
• Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration activities.
• Author or update system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Recommend hardware/software purchases and coordinate installation; provide backups.
