BOAB Ventures seeks a Systems Integrator to align mission stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute programs and capabilities for national security and intelligence communities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Experience supporting complex government, intelligence, defense, or technical programs.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across technical, operational, and program management teams to ensure successful mission execution.
• Track program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate communication between Customer stakeholders, engineers, and external partners.
• Support program planning, requirements management, and integration activities.
• Develop meeting materials, status reports, executive briefings, and decision-support products.
• Monitor progress against objectives and identify issues requiring leadership attention.
• Assist with strategic planning, process improvement, and mission coordination efforts.
• Support technical and program reviews, governance boards, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure actions are completed in accordance with Customer priorities and timelines.
