Job summary

Sherpa 6, Inc. is seeking a Systems Integrator to support CBP OTOC operations, including lab integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. The role requires onsite work in Ashburn, VA, with an 8-hour day shift and security clearance.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; degree may be substituted with equivalent experience.
5+ years in systems integration, network engineering/support, or related technical role.
Experience integrating multi-component environments including networks, servers, endpoints, apps, and cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, AD/LDAP, PKI, cloud services and virtualization.

Responsibilities

Integrate network, compute, mobile, cloud, identity, certificate, and OT components in lab and operational environments.
Troubleshoot complex issues across system, network, application, device, or configuration boundaries; coordinate resolution with teams.
Develop and maintain system configurations, diagrams, build records, and implementation notes.
Coordinate fielding activities and provide onsite support during deployments and fielding operations.
