Job summary

Apogee Integration LLC seeks a Systems Administrator to provide Tier 2 help desk support and systems administration in a 24/7 environment. You will support a comprehensive suite of messaging applications, manage incidents, and escalate issues as part of a mission-oriented performance team.

The role requires active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph and involves coordinating staffing, ensuring system availability, and delivering reliable application support to sponsor operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration and Tier 2 help desk support in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to respond to user inquiries about software and hardware operation.
• Experience entering commands and verifying system functionality to detect errors.
• Experience installing and performing minor hardware/software repairs per specs.
• Experience overseeing daily computer system performance and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for sponsor proprietary messaging system as part of a mission-focused Application Support Help Desk model.
• Maintain daily health of IT messaging systems and record incidents, remediation actions, and installation activities.
• Triaging help desk calls in a shared environment; schedule management and staff allocation.
• Assist in monitoring events and taking corrective actions according to documentation.
• Respond to incidents and provide technical assistance to system users via phone or email.
