KBR is looking for a Mid-Level Software Acquisitions Engineer to support vital mission objectives within the National Security Solutions team. Located on-site in Chantilly, this role demands expertise in the software acquisitions lifecycle with a focus on enhancing satellite system resiliency.

Your contributions will directly impact national security, collaborating within a dynamic team to address challenges in the Space domain, utilizing Agile methodologies, and optimizing software development

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in software acquisitions lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate and engage customers independently.
• Familiarity with functional mission areas and intelligence issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems in the Space domain.
• Identify Agile solutions aligning with government requirements.
• Write Statements of Work for acquisitions.
