Job summary

Odyssey in Dayton, OH is seeking a SharePoint Architect to support the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI). The role requires expert-level SharePoint experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data strategies and integrated solutions for the warfighter ecosystem.

You will lead administration, design, and development of SharePoint Online/Server environments, implement Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and ensure secure, compliant access across Teams,

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in a related field with 10 years in the discipline; 5 years in DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience; 5 in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level issue resolution, programmatic and technical recommendation support to the PEO.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, develop and execute data strategies aligned with DMM needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tools and strategies for access and utilization of platform data.
• Serve as the interface between technical teams and end users to optimize operations.
• Manage SharePoint Administration tasks including permissions, site provisioning, backup/recovery, and monitoring.
• Build custom SharePoint solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SPFx, and scripting.
• Implement and support integrations across Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, and Confluence.
• Provide user training, documentation, and guidance on best practices.
