Job summary

Gemini Industries, Inc. is seeking a Lead Ground Systems Technician for on-site support at a Government facility in the United States. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance at contract start, an engineering qualification, and extensive hands-on maintenance of TT&C ground systems, antennas, and related RF/electrical subsystems.

Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel and strict safety compliance are expected. The ideal candidate will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, interpret complex

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at contract start and ability to work at a Government facility.
• Technical certification or Associate Degree in Engineering required.
• Five to ten years of hands-on ground-system maintenance experience in telemetry, tracking and command systems.
• At least five years with ground-system test equipment and reading complex electrical/RF schematics.
• Two years of leadership and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of satellite communications and technical data interpretation.
• Willing to assume Key Personnel responsibilities by Jan 1, 2027, and complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground equipment maintenance for TT&C infrastructure, communications systems, and antennas.
• Troubleshoot RF, electrical, and network-system faults and document corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, configuration records, and government asset accountability.
• Coordinate safety, site access, vendor activities, and technical training.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and acceptance testing.
