Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management working with engineers in aerospace, defense, or similar industry.
• BS from an accredited university.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex satellite communications programs from contracts through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, contracts, business development, operations.
• Liaison between the customer and engineering.
