Rogers-O'Brien Construction seeks a Safety Administrator to support the Mission Critical Safety Leadership Team across multiple active projects. You will manage documentation, data tracking, and communications to keep safety records, reporting, and compliance current in high-risk data center environments.

Responsibilities include producing safety reports, coordinating with project teams and vendors, and assisting with training logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational and document control skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting construction or safety teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and manage safety documentation, including plans, policies, and training records.
• Distribute safety documents to project teams and trade partners.
• Prepare safety reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Serve as point of contact for safety inquiries.
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors on safety administrative matters.
• Support planning and logistics for safety training events and stand-downs.
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new Safety Managers.
