Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a heavy equipment technician, field service preferred.
• CDL preferred and valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a complete set of personal tools for heavy equipment diagnostics and repair.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branches and job sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet equipment.
• Prioritize service needs in high-impact areas and support large projects.
• Diagnose fuel, hydraulic, electrical, and propane systems and perform repairs.
• Replace parts and restore equipment to safe operating condition.
• Educate customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Maintain shop and road safety, organize work area, and complete paperwork.
