Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking a motivated entry-level Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction machinery. The role involves extensive weekly travel to multiple job sites and independent work in the field.

Candidates should be comfortable with travel, maintain safety standards, and have basic tool knowledge. Training and CDL assistance are available, and overtime may be offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel weekly and work independently in the field.
• Capable of following safety policies and procedures.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial for reporting and paperwork.
• Clean driving record and CDL-related requirements are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and report/complete paperwork and inspection forms.
• Work safely and productively without constant supervision.
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships with team and customers.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
