Job summary

Turnkey Processing Solutions, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our mobile crews at diverse project locations. Per diem is paid in addition to hourly wage, averaging 50 to 60 hours per week.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and following MSHA/OSHA safety standards. Candidates should be prepared to travel and work on multiple sites with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a maintenance technician.
• Must be able to read blueprint and schematic drawings.
• Knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations.
• High awareness of safety at all times and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, test, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment.
• Dismantle and reassemble machines during repairs and component changes.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with customer standards and safety guidelines.
• Weld and fabricate parts, materials, and structures.
• Operate heavy equipment and work from a man lift.
• Lead helpers when Foreman is absent and conduct safety meetings.
