The Entwistle Company is seeking a skilled Inspector I to build a long-term career in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will perform detailed inspections on parts and assemblies using mechanical and visual methods, operating CMMs, FARO Arm, and other precision tools to ensure conformance to drawings and prints.

Qualifications include an associate degree or technical training and 5+ years of inspection experience with GD&T and metrology.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical school training is required.
• Minimum 5 years of inspection experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GD&T and measurement methods.
• Ability to operate CMMs and precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Set up and perform detailed inspections on parts, components, and assemblies using mechanical and visual methods.
• Operate inspection equipment such as CMM machines, FARO Arm, and optical comparators.
• Document inspection results and generate formal reports.
• Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor quality trends and suggest process improvements.
