Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or seven (7) or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Able to create and troubleshoot CMM programs utilizing PC-DMIS.
• Able to operate manual and automated CMMs.
• Able to operate Laser Tracker utilizing Verisurf software
• Strong Understanding of GD&T and Blueprint reading
• Able to fill out inspection reports (AS9102 & Net-Inspect)
• Perform FAI to validate new or revised parts
• Able to use inspection equipment (caliper, height gauge, micrometer) with ease
• Perform receiving inspection on finished & in process parts, hardware, and raw material
• Able to create nonconformance reports within ERP system
• Work and engage directly with Quality Manager on quality issues
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Position Overview

• Able to create and troubleshoot CMM programs utilizing PC-DMIS
• Able to operate manual and automated CMMs
