Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training required.
• Minimum 5 years’ inspection experience with GD&T.
• Ability to operate CMMs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform detailed inspections on parts, components, and assemblies using mechanical and visual inspection methods.
• Operate inspection equipment including CMMs, FARO Arm, Keyence WA CMM, micrometers, height stands, gauges.
• Conduct final product, first piece, and incoming inspections per PO requirements.
• Document inspection results and generate formal reports per procedures.
• Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor quality trends and suggest process improvements.
• Interface with customers and government representatives.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to regulations.
