Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead daily operations and oversee high-stakes projects within mission-critical facilities. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality standards.

In this role you will drive business development, manage client relationships, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. Travel to project sites and cross-office collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive operations experience with a General Contractor.
• Minimum 5 years leading data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Design-build project experience.
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management, coordination, and execution of high-stakes projects.
• Mentor and develop operations staff to maintain quality and safety.
• Lead business development and client relationship management.
• Coordinate complex MEP systems integration and phased delivery.
• Provide executive updates on project status, KPI’s, and financials.
