Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with offsite modular or manufacturing projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission-critical/modular projects from turnover through completion and warranty.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and subcontractors.
• Own project financial performance: budgets, cost control, forecasting, billing and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain schedules, ensure milestones and customer commitments are met.
• Coordinate contracts, procurement, vendor management and subcontracts.
• Oversee submittals, documentation, permits, meetings, invoicing and closeout.
• Identify, price, negotiate and manage change orders.
