Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for mission-critical and offsite modular projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through turnover, execution, and warranty, owning budgets, forecasts, schedules, and vendor coordination.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record in complex industrial projects. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with financial and fiscal responsibility.
• Experience with offsite manufacturing or modular solutions preferred.
• Strong leadership across engineering and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned mission-critical/modular projects from initial turnover through final completion and warranty.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, subcontractors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Own overall project financial performance, including budgets, cost control, forecasting, labor productivity, billing, and cash position.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones, budgets, and customer commitments are achieved.
• Manage contracts, subcontract agreements, buyout, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate material and equipment purchasing to support project schedules and budget requirements.
• Manage submittals, documentation, permits, project meetings, invoicing, and project closeout.
• Review and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Identify, price, negotiate, and manage change conditions and change orders.
• Prepare and submit monthly project valuations, progress billings, and retention receivables.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, owners, engineers, designers, supervisors, trades, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve scheduling, cost, engineering, manufacturing, and execution challenges.
