Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical, HVAC, or industrial construction.
• Direct experience with mission critical facilities (data centers, critical infrastructure, or similar high-reliability environments).
• Background in modular construction methods and coordination.
• Hands-on knowledge of cooling tower systems installation, startup, or project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Oversee mechanical, HVAC, and cooling tower installation work across mission critical and modular construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of modular build components.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and mission critical industry best practices.
