Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Project Manager for its Mission Critical Project Management team. This role supports Chicago, New York, and Pittsburgh offices with in-person, hybrid, and remote arrangements. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have work authorization in the job location.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, refining fee plans and risk mitigation, and managing contracts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in A/E/C with mission-critical or data-center experience

Qualifications

• Active professional registration (Architect or Engineer) is preferred or required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or construction.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments (≈400,000 sq ft) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cross-functional project teams and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support scope, budget, and pricing development for proposals and dynamic planning.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development for strategic plans.
• Communicate plan vs. actual performance; escalate variances to stakeholders.
• Negotiate project schedule, scope, and contracts with Market Leads for complex projects.
