Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Microsoft 365/Power Platform Developer to modernize federal and defense operations. You will design, build, and connect Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within the M365 ecosystem, enabling secure, data-driven workflows across government programs.

You will architect SharePoint Online environments and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions, while providing Tier 2/3 support for deployed enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
• Ability to build automated flows with Power Automate that include error handling and monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) tailored to complex government workflows.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approval chains, system integrations, and data transformations.
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide program leadership with actionable, real-time insights.
• Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments to serve as secure collaboration hubs and document management platforms.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into iterative, high-quality technical solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.
