Job summary

TECHEAD is seeking a Network Administrator to support the Space Domain Awareness mission at the 19 SDS. You will maintain LAN/WAN networks, install Cisco/Juniper gear, and ensure security compliance. The role requires readiness for 24/7 on-call support and collaboration with DISA and base teams to enable real-time data flows.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in network environments, familiarity with STIGs, and experience with copper/fiber cabling. U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in network administration or related environments.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, Cisco/Juniper gear, and security basics.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs and CND concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor NIPRNet and SIPRNet infrastructure for availability.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot Juniper and Cisco gear.
• Apply STIGs and document firewall rules via PPSM.
• Install and maintain copper and fiber-optic cabling and racks.
• Support incident/change management and on-call requirements.
• Assist with facility systems configurations and upgrades.
