Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software for PDF documents.
• Proficiency in Timberline Estimating software.
• Proficiency in Agtek and iSqF.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in MEP systems across all project phases.
• Support design and construction for critical environment projects.
• Assist with cost evaluations and system functionality analysis.
• Work directly with MEP trade contractors for coordination.
• Champion safety best practices in the field.
