Choate Construction Company is seeking an MEP Specialist to lead technical excellence across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, and controls from design through turnover. You will work with project teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution and strong system performance.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with trade partners, and support cost evaluations, scheduling, and procurement to deliver efficient project solutions while building lasting client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating MEP systems across design, construction, and turnover.
• Ability to mentor project teams and build client relationships.
• Strong collaboration with preconstruction, project management, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across MEP systems from design through construction and turnover.
• Partner with preconstruction, project management, and field teams to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate scope, sequencing, and system integration.
• Support cost evaluations, constructability reviews, value engineering, and procurement.
• Champion safety and quality in the field and ensure successful commissioning.
• Mentor and develop project teams and strengthen overall capability.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, and partners to secure repeat business.
